We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

- Identify and assess customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.

- Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and escalate complex cases as necessary.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy and active listening.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
