Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities -
1-Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules.
2-Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
3-Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
4-Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
5-Generate sales leads per day.
6-Explain the products and services to clients and generate meetings and showroom visits from cold calling.
7-Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
8-Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Skills-
-Strong communication abilities
-The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
-Ability to listen and solve problems
Education- Graduation is mandatory
Location :- 328, First Floor Patparganj Industrial Area New Delhi (INDIA), Near Hyundai Showroom
Timing :- 10 AM to 7 PM ( 6 days working Wednesday would be fixed weekly off )
