● candidate will be entitled with online leads of interested customers.
● candidate will have to make call to interested customers
● explain the product details/offers/benefits to the customers
● convert interested customers into sale & guide to make online payment or visit
● greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon
procedures clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of
requirements or problem.
● conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine
customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their
needs.
candidate profile:
● any graduate / under-graduate / drop out / pursuing bachelors. be/btech with
experience are also eligible
● excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● flexible with 24/7 environment.
