Customer Support Executive || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience and a minimum education of 12th pass.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and answer their queries. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and building a positive relationship with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Respond to Customer Inquiries**: Assist customers by answering their questions through phone, email, or chat. You must provide clear, helpful responses to enhance their experience.

2. **Issue Resolution**: Identify and solve customer issues promptly. This may involve troubleshooting problems or escalating matters to the appropriate teams, ensuring a smooth resolution process.

3. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. This helps in tracking issues and improving our services over time.

4. **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback on products and services. Sharing insights with the team will contribute to better service and product improvements.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively. Good communication will foster cooperation and enhance overall performance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

We expect you to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to explain complex information clearly. A strong problem-solving attitude and a friendly demeanor are essential. You should be patient and empathetic, capable of handling challenging situations calmly.
