Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to support the launch of a new product. The role involves handling customer calls, addressing queries, and maintaining MIS reports to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support
Requirements:
Fluency in English is a must (both spoken & written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
