Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.

Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns. Ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Kor Beauty's skincare products to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving for first-contact resolution.

Feedback Collection: Collect and document customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or complementary items to enhance the customer's skincare routine.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries for reporting and analysis purposes.
