we are hiring a financial analyst / equity & crypto trading specialist with strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, equity markets, etfs, mutual funds, wealth management, trade settlements, corporate actions, and taxation.

the role involves market analysis, trade processing, settlement operations, taxation support, and handling corporate actions while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

key responsibilities

1. wealth management

conduct analysis on equities, etfs, crypto & mutual funds.

monitor market trends, dividends & corporate actions.

prepare investment research reports.

support wealth management and advisory activities.

2. trade operations & settlements

execute and monitor equity, etf & crypto trades.

handle t+1/t+2 settlement cycles.

reconcile trades, positions & funds; close mismatches.

coordinate with brokers, custodians & exchanges.

maintain records for audits & compliance.

3. taxation

manage gst, tds/tcs, and income tax filings.

prepare tax reconciliations & computations.

support statutory & internal audits.

handle traces (form 16/16a) & tax notices.

4. asset servicing

process dividends, bonuses, rights, mergers & redemptions.

validate corporate action announcements & record dates.

reconcile payouts & maintain mis.

5. corporate actions

process events like splits, buybacks, mergers, rights issues.

reconcile benefits & entitlements.

ensure accurate payout posting & maintain audit documentation.

6. trading infrastructure support

monitor oms/ems platforms & connectivity.

troubleshoot fix/api & latency issues.

perform daily system health checks.

support upgrades, uat & incident reporting.
