strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities

basic computer literacy (ms office, typing, navigation, crm tools)

ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

interpersonal skills and professional attitude

nice-to-have skills:

experience in fintech or bpo customer support

familiarity with payment platforms and financial transactions

roles & responsibilities:

handle inbound and outbound queries for razorpay services

provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers

maintain crm or tracking systems with customer interactions

escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department

follow process guidelines and quality standards

support the team in achieving daily and weekly targets

ensure compliance with company policies and kyc norms
