*They have to perform a wide range of duties like Answering phones and responding to clients' query,
*Has to work and coordinate with operations and sales team to support & resolve client issues in a timely manner
* Has to serve as a point of contact for client support and complaints. has to maintain MIS pertaining to operations.
*Qualification (Graduation )
* Relevant experience of -1 year in the similar industry.

* Excel knowledge essential (Vlookup/Pivot)
