Job role:-

They have to perform a wide range of duties like Answering phones and responding to clients' query,

Has to work and coordinate with operations and sales team to support & resolve client issues in a timely manner

Has to serve as a point of contact for client support and complaints. has to maintain MIS pertaining to operations.
