NNIIT is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to manage student and parent relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention while ensuring a smooth learning experience.🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents
• Handle queries via calls, WhatsApp & email
• Onboard new students and explain courses/processes
• Ensure high student satisfaction & engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain records in CRM and internal systems
• Collect feedback and share insights🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
• 0–2 years’ experience in Customer Success / Support / Tele-calling / Counselling
• Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered
• Experience in EdTech preferred
• Basic computer & CRM knowledge
• Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Salary fit: ₹2–3 LPA
• Clear verbal communication skills
