we are hiring for customer service representative- responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist your customers end to end, for any queries. high attention to details, accuracy, and quality. ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.

?roles and responsibilities?

? receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.

? maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

? resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.

?experience & qualification?- graduates or under-graduates with minimum 6 months prior international call center experience preferred

?location?- koodal nagar, madurai.

?salary?

? for fresher - 12k + incentives

? for exp - 15k + incentives

?? at most 15 days training period and mock call for everyone

?? salary will not be calculated during training period

?knowledge or skills requirements?

? communication skills should be excellent in english

? customer service/recruitment with a bpo

international call center experience

?shift timing?- 6:30 am to pm
