Dear CandidateWe are hiring for Customer Service Representative-Voice.The responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist your customers end to end, for any queries. High attention to details, accuracy, and quality. Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.?Roles and Responsibilities?? Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.? Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.? Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.?Experience & Qualification?- Graduates or Under-graduates with minimum 6 months prior International call center experience preferred?location?- Koodal nagar, Madurai.ONSITE ONLY?Salary?? For fresher - 12k + incentives? For exp - 15k + incentives?? At most 15 days training period and mock call for everyone?? Salary will not be calculated during training period ?Knowledge or Skills Requirements?? Communication Skills should be excellent in English?
