we are looking for an experienced customer support agent with fluent (minimum b2, upper-intermediate) english for an expanding company in the field of online trading.

our requirements:

- can type fast and comfortably in english

- respond to emails in a timely manner

- excellent problem-solving skills

- search information quickly and effectively using various tools/ platforms

- strong organizational skills & great attention to detail

- positive disposition

- comfortable using multiple software at the same time

- can learn new software quickly

previous customer support experience is a must

if you have any of the below, we will consider it a plus:

any previous experience using slack and zendesk/ intercom

french/ arabic / spanish language knowledge
