Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information on products and services, resolving customers' issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will assist customers via phone and email, and will be located in Thane.

Customer Support and Customer Service skills Experience in resolving customers' issues and ensuring customer satisfaction Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills Strong ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Experience in the debt collection or financial services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in any field
