Maintain Client database

Coordination with shipping lines for vessel schedule as per the shipper stuffing plan

To coordinate with shipping lines & clients for SI Filing, VGM & B/L drafts & documentation.

Preparation of Weekly / monthly reports

Calling new / existing clients

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must have at least 6months experience

Good communication skills

Proficiency in written & spoken English

Should have good email drafting skills
