Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly and professionally.

Address customer enquiries, concerns regarding banking products and services.

Provide accurate information to customers regarding banking products.

Process customer requests for various banking services.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns and inquiries.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Customer-focused mind set with a genuine desire to assist and support customers in achieving their financial goals.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
