As part of the Air Ticketing role, your main responsibilities would include warmly welcoming passengers on board and assisting them in finding their seats. You will also provide important information and safety procedures to ensure a smooth and secure journey for all passengers. Additionally, you will be in charge of ensuring that all seat belts and galleys are properly secured before take-off. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you make in-flight announcements and answer any questions that passengers may have during the flight.

For the Ground Staff position, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in procedures and efficiently handling luggage and cargo. Ensuring a seamless boarding and disembarking process will be an essential part of your role, along with delivering exceptional customer service at the airport.

As a Cabin Crew member, your primary focus will be on the well-being of passengers during the flight. You will serve meals and refreshments and offer duty-free products while informing passengers about any allowance restrictions in place at their destination. During emergencies, you will be reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly.

For the Maintenance Engineer position, your technical expertise will be invaluable in providing assistance with aircraft maintenance. Conducting regular inspections and promptly addressing technical issues will be essential in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet.
