IFA Consulting Services is hiring for the job profile of International Voice Profile for a well know BPO located in Noida.

The primary task of a BPO executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries

He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then

Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.

Handle queries from Telecom customers with the best use of customer service skills through chats and calls.

Candidate should have good verbal and writing communication skills.

Education- Any graduate/Undergraduate

5 days Working per week

Both side transportation will be provided under hiring zone

Experience: 1 year to 4 Years of BPO Exp

Shift: US night rotational shift and rotational week off's.
