· manage website orders and update into internal dashboard
· performing order conformations by contacting customers
· handling queries from all channels phone call, email and chat
· be able to communicate clearly & effectively in english & hindi in both written and verbal
· assigning orders on shipping portal periodically
· contacting courier partners for pick up and delivery issues,escalating and solving them on priority
· delivering daily insightful reports of orders
· maintaining inventory of the products
