roles and responsibilities:
receiving calls from the customers and make them understand the benefits of product/services
following quality parameters while talking or dealing with customers and clients.
resolving issues related to customer & supplier onboarding.
participating in all organizational activities like rnr | fun activities and sports activities.
coordination with team supervisor and colleagues in case of any doubts and problems
clearing customer doubts

ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer on every call
• should handle the customers confidently and assertively
• should be able to communicate in grammatically correct hindi, english & kannada
• should be able to understand an comprehend hindi, english & kannada
• should be able to speak professional
• clarity of speech
• no mti affecting pronunciation/understanding
• process and product awareness
• industry and domain knowledge
• customers centricity
• should have basic knowledge of operating computer
• good in communication & customer support skills through phone, chat or email.
• language- excellent hindi, english & kannada communication.
• should have capability for delivering product & application training to customers to do end to end.
