Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a post-graduate degree, bringing strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.

2. **Issue Resolution:** Address customer complaints and issues compassionately and efficiently, working to resolve problems and ensure a positive experience.

5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to share feedback and improve processes and customer experiences.
