Job Description

Marvel Pathology Lab is looking for a Tele caller / Customer Care Executive / Receptionist to manage patient communication, front desk operations, and appointment coordination. The ideal candidate should be polite, organized, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls

- Front desk handling and patient reception

- Explain pathology tests, health packages, and charges

- Book appointments for lab tests

- Coordinate with lab technicians and field staff

- Maintain patient records, billing details, and call logs

- Handle patient queries, complaints, and follow-ups

- Ensure smooth daily operations at the reception desk
