Marvel Pathology Lab is looking for a Tele caller / Customer Care Executive / Receptionist to manage patient communication, front desk operations, and appointment coordination. The ideal candidate should be polite, organized, and customer-focused.Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls- Front desk handling and patient reception- Explain pathology tests, health packages, and charges- Book appointments for lab tests - Coordinate with lab technicians and field staff- Maintain patient records, billing details, and call logs- Handle patient queries, complaints, and follow-ups- Ensure smooth daily operations at the reception desk
