Role: Customer Representative Executive (Lead Generation & Sales)

Location: Swami Enterprises, Gaj Nirvana, Shop ,Karanjade Sector R3,Plot , Navi Mumbai -

Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00PM (Day Shift)

Week Off: Monday

Your Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers via outbound calls

Provide information on real estate projects and offerings

Follow up regularly to build trust and interest

Understand customer needs and qualify leads

Maintain clear lead details to help convert them into strong bookings.

What We're Looking For:

- Good in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi

- Prior experience in tele-calling, real estate, or sales. (NO Targets)

- Confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

- Good communication and persuasion skills
