job in brief :

to understand the unique needs of parents, and help them to choose appropriate baby products. to guide customers through their purchasing journey and make their shopping experience enjoyable.

roles & responsibilities:

customer service: offering personalized assistance to identify their needs and preferences.

product knowledge: understand baby products, including strollers, car seats, clothing, feeding supplies, toys, and safety equipment, and dresses and stay updated on new arrivals and trends.

sales assistance: provide accurate information, demonstrations, and product recommendations, assisting customers with decision-making to maximize satisfaction.

upselling & cross-selling: suggest complementary products, increasing basket size

inventory management: assist with stock organization and replenishment,

customer service: offer personalized assistance to identify customer's needs and preferences.

checkout & payment handling: ensure transactions are accurate and provide information on warranties, returns, or exchanges when necessary.

customer relations: build and maintain relationships with customers.

team collaboration: work closely with team members to meet sales targets .

safety & cleanliness: ensure the store remains tidy, clean, and safe
