Job In Brief :

To understand the unique needs of parents, and help them to choose appropriate baby products. To guide customers through their purchasing journey and make their shopping experience enjoyable.

Experience : Freshers to 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Offering personalized assistance to identify their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Understand baby products, including strollers, car seats, clothing, feeding supplies, toys, and safety equipment, and dresses and stay updated on new arrivals and trends.

Sales Assistance: Provide accurate information, demonstrations, and product recommendations, assisting customers with decision-making to maximize satisfaction.

Upselling & Cross-Selling: Suggest complementary products, increasing basket size

Inventory Management: Assist with stock organization and replenishment,

Customer Service: Offer personalized assistance to identify Customer's needs and preferences.

Checkout & Payment Handling: Ensure transactions are accurate and provide information on warranties, returns, or exchanges when necessary.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet sales targets .

Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the store remains tidy, clean, and safe
