Job Description

Job Role : Inbound calls

Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

Maintaining good rapo with the customers.

Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone and social media.

Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

Salary:

14k 17k ( CTC )

10k (in hand) *After deduction of PESI & ESI*

Shift: Rotational (any 9 hours)

Eligibility:

12th/any graduates can apply.

Fresher/Experience (min 6 months) can apply.(Should have proper paper works)

Excellent Communication both in English & Hindi is must.

Laptop/Broadband Connection/Windows 10/RAM 4GB/Antivirus should be there. (WFH)

WFH/WFO both vacancy is there.
