Job Description

Seeking a Customer Relationship Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a graduate degree to join our team in Vijay Nagar, Indore. As a CRM, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be required to track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Expectations include being detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

1) Inbound Calling

Strong & Fluent English & Hindi Communication

V6 Communication Required (No Grammatical Mistakes)

Salary:

₹23,000 CTC | ₹19,000 In-Hand

Experience:

Minimum 6 Months Experience (Any Field – Mandatory)

Eligibility:

Graduation (Degree Only)

Shift & Working:

Day Shift

5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Weekly Off

2) Inbound Calling | No Target

Basic English & Hindi Communication

Salary: ₹11,300 (Fresher & Experienced)

Eligibility: 12th Pass / Graduate

Shift:

Male: Rotational Shift

Female: Fixed Day Shift

Working: 9 Hrs | 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Weekly Off
