Job Description

Customer Relationship Executive

Experience- 2 to 3 years

Qualification- Any Graduate

Location -Nagpur

Salary- As per company standard

Job Responsibilities:

Generation of Leads and qualifying the leads.

Addition of new customers / product information into the CRM system, if data isnt available.

Call existing customers and distributors and close the issues, if any in- coordination with sales team.

Escalate any complaints.

Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager

Expertise in CRM principles and practical sales and marketing application in a B2B environment.

Extensive knowledge of acquisition and retention marketing techniques both online and offline.

Experienced in working with and analyzing large datasets, with the ability to deep dive and derive actionable insights both at the strategic and tactical level.

Technical knowledge of CRM systems.

Excellent communication in verbal and written are mandatory

SAP or ERP knowledge is mandatory

South Indian candidates are most preferable for client communication
