job responsibilities:
• generation of leads and qualifying the leads.
• addition of new customer’s / product information into the crm system, if data isn’t available.
• call existing customers and distributors and close the issues, if any in- coordination with sales team.
escalate any complaints.
• any other task assigned by the reporting manager
• expertise in crm principles and practical sales and marketing application in a b2b environment.
• extensive knowledge of acquisition and retention marketing techniques both online and offline.
• experienced in working with and analyzing large datasets, with the ability to deep dive and derive actionable insights both at the strategic and tactical level.
• technical knowledge of crm systems.

• excellent communication in verbal and written are mandatory
• sap or erp knowledge is mandatory
