• Maintain & Analyze database of Customers.
• Identify areas of providing customized services to the various categories of customers.
• Analyzing the feedback of the customers and working on improving the service levels.
• Obtaining and communicating information about new arrivals, designs and demands for different products/designs which are not available in the show room to the Merchandisers.
Home Deliveries
• Developing a system for operation of Home Deliveries.
• Continuously monitor and improve the processes for the smooth operation of Home Deliveries.
Handles Customer Complaints
• Handles customer complaints on telephone.
• Solves customers’ problems when they approach the Customer help desk.
