Interview For Customer Relationship Executive || 12th Pass - Freshers

Key Responsibilities

�� Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to Visual Nest Pictures & Weddings services.

�� Explain our offerings in Weddings, Fashion, Food/Product, and Corporate shoots in a professional and engaging manner.

�� Maintain a database of leads and update client interactions in an organized manner.

�� Follow up with interested clients and assist in scheduling meetings or consultations.

�� Support the business development team in lead conversion and client relationship management.

�� Provide feedback from client interactions to improve services and communication strategies.

Requirements

�� Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi knowledge is a plus).

�� Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.

�� Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and patience.

�� Interest in photography, cinematography, and the creative industry is a plus.

�� Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace for maintaining client records.
