key responsibilities

�� make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to visual nest pictures & weddings services.

�� explain our offerings in weddings, fashion, food/product, and corporate shoots in a professional and engaging manner.

�� maintain a database of leads and update client interactions in an organized manner.

�� follow up with interested clients and assist in scheduling meetings or consultations.

�� support the business development team in lead conversion and client relationship management.

�� provide feedback from client interactions to improve services and communication strategies.

requirements

�� excellent communication skills in english and tamil (hindi knowledge is a plus).

�� confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.

�� ability to handle client queries with professionalism and patience.

�� interest in photography, cinematography, and the creative industry is a plus.

�� basic knowledge of ms office/google workspace for maintaining client records.
