Duties and Responsibilities:-
Building and maintaining good relationships with key customers.
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest services via chat or email to the team
Gather status information from various departmental teams and quickly convey them to clients.
Verify and gather the appropriate documentation from clients in accordance with the company's criteria.
Maintaining professional contact through Chat/E-mail while representing the firm is important
Requirements:
Background in commerce required
Understanding of business legal documents
Fluency in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Basic Arabic are required.
