Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (Female) to join our Tata Motors dealership in Panvel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships with our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Handling:
Greet walk-in customers and assist them with queries related to Tata vehicles.
Understand customer needs and provide guidance on available models, features, and finance options.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Follow up with potential and existing customers post-visit and post-delivery.
Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per showroom's team diversity goals).
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, BCom, or similar).
1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or front-office roles. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Coordination:
Coordinate with sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Update customer records in CRM software and manage follow-up schedules.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and documentation.
After-Sales Support:
Schedule service reminders, insurance renewals, and other customer touchpoints.
Share offers, promotions, and upgrades with existing customers.
