Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Care/CLG Executive (Fresher), you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads of potential job seekers for our company. You will work closely with the Resource Manager's team to develop and execute lead generation strategies that will drive traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and ultimately help our company to grow.

Responsibilities:

A). Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase the number of potential job seekers who are interested in our company's offerings

B). Work with the Resource Manager's team to create targeted campaigns that will attract the right audience

C). Use various tools and techniques to gather data on potential leads and determine which ones are most likely to convert

D). Monitor and analyze the performance of our lead generation campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure we are meeting our goals

E). Collaborate with team to ensure that leads are properly qualified and handed off for follow-up

F). Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in lead generation, and bring new ideas to the team to continuously improve our results

Requirements:

A). Possession of an MBA degree or minimum graduation is required.

B). Experience: - Trainee/Fresher

C). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

D). Proficiency in utilizing data to make informed decisions and strong analytical skills

E). Knowledge of MS Excel

F). Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

G). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

H). Meticulous attention to detail and organizational abilities

I). Enthusiasm for assisting job seekers in finding their ideal career

J). Location :- Mohali (Punjab)

K). Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.
