Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints raised by the Flipkart customers.

Skills Required:

Decent Communication skills required in English

The candidate should have knowledge of customer handling

Qualification:

Graduate/Undergraduate both can apply

Male and female both can apply

Freshers can also apply

6 Days working (with 1 rotational Week off)

Work From Office - Gurgaon

9 hours of shift through the day (24*7)

Days shifts for female candidates(9am-9pm)

Salary -

18,000: For candidates having less than 6 months of experience.

19,000: For the candidates having more than 6 months of experience
