Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to all clients. This includes addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services. You will also be responsible for processing customer orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining customer records.

To excel in this role, you must have strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately input and manage customer information. You should be proficient in data processing and copy editing.
