Customer Support Executive

About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. The role involves assisting clients, resolving queries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through phone, email, and chat channels.
Please note that this role involves rotational shifts, and weekend offs may vary. The shift timings are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams for problem resolution
• Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Support reporting and tracking of customer interactions
• Have to review customer data from user interface/ Rotation shift/ desk support
Required Skills
