Job Description

**Job Title:** Customer Care Executive (Voice/Non-Voice)

**Location:** Gurgaon

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Experience:** Freshers are welcome

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO team in both Voice and Non-Voice processes.

The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**For Voice Process:**

* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

* Address customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information.

**For Non-Voice Process:**

* Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.

**Requirements:**

* Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

* Ability to work in shifts
