- **Support Team Members:** Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve overall service quality, contributing to a positive team environment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade education.

- We are looking for females with 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to convey information clearly to customers.

- A positive attitude and patience are important for effectively dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.

- Basic computer skills are required to manage customer records and communicate via email and chat.
