Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Department: Customer Support / BPO Operations

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to 23,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)

Experience: 02 Years (Freshers can apply)

Shift: Rotational / Day / Night (as per process requirement)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic BPO team as Customer Care Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience via voice, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve issues.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times.

Record customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Prior BPO/call center experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
