profile: inbound voice process: handling all incoming calls of the customers and these calls may be regarding various types of issues. when a call is received from a customer, a customer care representative will try to resolve the issue

qualification: should be graduated freshers can also apply with excellent communication skills

? for an initial 18 days, you will get 5000/- as a stipend for training.
