JOB DESCRIPTION: Night Shift (US Process)

Candidates Will Be Responsible For Attending Inbound Enquiries (30-50 Inbound Calls A Day) From US Customers Who Would Be Calling To Inquire/Purchase Car Parts Such As Engines, Transmission And Other Parts And Accessories.

Salary :15,000 - 25,000 Per Month

Shift: US Shift(Night)

Shift Timings - 8:00 Pm To 6:00 Am.

Fixed Week Off (Saturday And Sunday)

Work From Office

On Time Salary On 1st Of Every Month

Note: We Are Also Hiring For Team Lead, AM Operations And Quality Analyst

Candidates From South Kolkata Are More Preferable.

Desired Candidate Profile

(Minimum 2 Years Of International B2C Experience In Inbound Sales Or Outbound Sales Or Inbound Upselling Or Similar Projects Which Require Convincing Skills Over The Phone.

Must Have Fluent Spoken English And

Knowledge Of CRMs. Microsoft Office Tools Is An Added Advantage.

Good Interpersonal And Analytical Skills.

Self-Disciplined And Highly Motivated.

Must Be Available To Start Within 24-48 Hours Of Confirmation Of Your Candidature.
