We are looking for enthusiastic MBA (Marketing) freshers or Graduates with experience of one year who enjoy interacting with customers, solving problems, and building longterm relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assist existing clients in using AnchorEDGE services effectively.
Provide product demos and guide new subscribers through profi le setup.
Resolve customer queries related to app features, services, and usage.
Offer ongoing support to ensure smooth and efficient service experience.
Remind clients proactively about upcoming service renewals.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and motivate them to use all available features. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and followups.
Eligibility Criteria
MBA in Marketing (Freshers preferred).
Graduate with experience of at-least 1 year
Strong interest in customer service, digital tools, and client engagement.
Skills & Attributes Required
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Knowledge of Hindi and English is must Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Patience, problemsolving mindset, and customerfi rst attitude.
Ability to understand digital products and explain them clearly.
