Job Description:

Detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to contribute to achievement of sales target by supporting Sales Representatives, coordinating sales activities, and mainlining good customer relationships. The Sales Coordinators responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Payments

Review the outstanding invoices of customers.

Contacting sales executives and customers pro-actively about late payments.

Try to achieve quicker collection of payments.

New Product Information and Ongoing Schemes/Targets Inform customers of new products and share any new schemes or offers for eligible customers. If a customer is about to fall short of his target sales, reminding the customer of the same, and helping him/her to meet their targets and gain maximum rewards.

Promotional Materials:

Estimating the requirement of promotional materials in the region.

Coordinating with the HO for receiving the material in a timely manner.

Implementing efficient distribution of promotional material throughout the region.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate.

Excellent English communication skills & presentation skills. .

Basic excel knowledge.

Experience : 2 - 4 Years
