To attend customers on call and personally.
To maintain MIS of projects.
To generate the requisite reports and present it to the Management.
To raise NOC request to DCB Bank for Triveni Crown Project.
To co-ordinate with other departments as required.
To follow up with customers and Bankers for payment.
To visit site daily for inspection of work progress.
To resolve customer queries/escalations.
To manage CRM & Maintenance team.
To track complains received from customers across projects and share the same with Maintenance team for action and closure.
Co-ordinating with site team for project beautification and maintenance related.
To track AMC of services availed for the Projects.
To review ERP and improvise the same.
To ensure improvisation wherever required.
