Job Title: CRM Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with CRM tools
Location: Udaipur
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
Manage customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups through CRM
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in CRM records
Generate regular CRM reports and dashboards for management
Support sales and customer service teams with CRM-related activities
Track leads, opportunities, and customer lifecycle stages
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve CRM-related issues
Ensure adherence to CRM processes and data privacy guidelines
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
Basic understanding of sales and customer service processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
