We are seeking a results-driven CRM Executive/Manager to handle our customer relationship management system, engage with potential customers through multiple platforms, and drive sales growth.

✨ Role Overview:
As a CRM Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system while actively connecting with new potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, social media, Google platforms, and other digital channels and others. Your goal is to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into successful export sales.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate customer data (leads, contacts, and follow-ups).
✅ Actively connect with potential customers via phone, email, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and Google platforms (Google My Business, Ads, etc.) for business enrichment and development
✅ Generate new leads through research, outreach, and engagement on different online platforms.
✅ Track and follow up on inquiries, quotes, and export-related requirements.
✅ Create and send proposals, introduction and impressive emails and connect to the customers by phone to get business from them.
✅ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for international markets.
✅ Monitor customer interactions, sales pipelines, and campaign performance in the CRM.
✅ Ensure timely responses to customer queries and maintain excellent client relationships.
✅ Prepare regular reports on CRM activities, lead status, and sales growth every week.

🧑💻 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Proven experience as a CRM Executive, CRM Manager, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
✔ Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
✔ Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English for international clients.
✔ Experience with outreach through phone, email, and social media platforms.
✔ Knowledge of Google tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google My Business, etc.) and online research.
✔ Ability to handle international clients and time zones.
✔ Proactive attitude, result-oriented, and strong organizational skills.
