Job Description : Having experience of processing of Loan Proposals & grip on preparing of CMA Data/Cash Flows/ Project Report/ Ratio Analysis.

Relevant experience across REAL ESTATE/SME/MSME Market.

Relevant experience of Project Finance, Construction finance, Working Capital for Machinery Loans.

Have actively syndicated loans and other debt projects.

A deep understanding of corporate credit and project finance & construction finance.

Ensure strict adherence of internal process.

Maintaining accurate records.

Roles & Resposiblities Underwriting of cases including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet preparation and analysis, Banking analysis, CIBIL assessment

File Processing, including check of KYC Documents, Financial Statements and Bank Account statements

Preparing Cashflow Statement, CMA Data, Analysis of banking, operation for Disbursement.

Prepare communication, reports, and presentation in proper format to educate relevant personnel on analytic data.
