we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the country head for student recruitment in india. the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving student recruitment, build and oversee the regional network of agents, and manage an experienced team of senior consultants in new delhi.

key responsibilities:

- develop and execute comprehensive student recruitment strategies in india, that is aligned with the company goals and objectives.

- identify market trends, competition, and opportunities to enhance recruitment efforts.

- manage a team of senior consultants.

- oversee the national network of agents in india.

team leadership:

- lead and inspire a high-performing team of recruitment professionals based in new delhi.

- provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team success in meeting enrolment targets.

relationship building:

- grow and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other relevant stakeholders.

market expansion:

- explore and enter india key regions for student recruitment.

- implement targeted marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility across india.

performance monitoring:

- establish and monitor key performance indicators (kpis) to measure the success of recruitment efforts.

- regularly analyse data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.

budget management:

- annual budget management.

- ensure efficient utilization of resources to maximize return on investment.

qualifications and skills:

- bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, education, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

- proven experience in student recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
