Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Café Associates to join our team. The role involves taking customer orders, operating the billing system, preparing and serving ice creams, shakes, brownies, and other café products, while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products.
Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS/billing system.
Process cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
Prepare and serve ice creams, shakes, sundaes, brownies, waffles, and other menu items as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, serving area, and equipment.
Monitor product displays and replenish stock as required.
Promote and upsell café products, combos, and special offers.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
Assist in opening and closing activities of the café.
Support inventory counting and stock management activities.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

Qualification & Experience
