Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Caf Associates to join our team. The role involves taking customer orders, operating the billing system, preparing and serving ice creams, shakes, brownies, and other caf products, while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining hygiene standards.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them in selecting products.Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS/billing system.Process cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.Prepare and serve ice creams, shakes, sundaes, brownies, waffles, and other menu items as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.Ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and promptly.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, serving area, and equipment.Monitor product displays and replenish stock as required.Promote and upsell caf products, combos, and special offers.Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.Assist in opening and closing activities of the caf.Support inventory counting and stock management activities.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth caf operations.Skills & CompetenciesGood customer service and communication skills.Ability to operate POS and billing systems.Basic computer knowledge.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards.Qualification & ExperienceMinimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.Freshers can apply.Experience of 0
